Q: is there a warranty?

A: we will warranty everything of everything we shiped out,and we will offset the lose of this container in your next order.

Q: what should i expect from the delivery?

A: on all orders,we will arrrange the shipping company(or the shiping company appointed by your esteemed corperation) and they will contact you for the document they need.please make all necessary arrangements to assist with them.

Q: how do you prepare my merchandise to prevent damage?

A: all merchandise is inspected prior to shipping, everything is corner protected, put in boxes and we also have special handling agreements with all carriers we use.

Q: how long does delivery take?

A: although some items are in stock, it does not mean they can ship out promptly. Many of them require careful inspection and extensive packing. We understand that you are eager to get your beautiful furniture, but we feel protecting your investment is just as important. Many items are delivered within 30 days but please allow up to 30-50 days on some items.

Q: can you customize an item for me?

A: we are pleased to know your demand of every products in your order.and we will be thankfull if you want to let us know your idea in detail.we feel sure you will get your ideal one with low price on quality basis from us.

Q: can i have a further enquiry on the products i didn't see in your website?

A: yes, in most instances. If you do not see what you want online, please e-mail us at support@lk-furniture.com and one of our sales associates will be glad to assist you.

Q: can we arrange the shipment ourself?

A: yes, many customers choose to use their own carriers. When using their own carrier, the customer assumes all responsibility to arrange the carrier, to arrange the bill of landing for the shipment and to arrange payment for the carrier. Once the items have been signed for by the customer's carrier, L.K. holds no responsibilty for any items shipped and/or any damages incurred while shipping.

Q: what if i don't like it?

A: we know that purchasing over the internet can be difficult at times.We do offer a 14 day return guarantee. If you get your furniture and do not like the color, quality or if it was just not what you were expecting, you may return it for a refund. Returns will be accepted only if you notify us within 14 days of your items being delivered and will not be accepted without an advance notify before the item is shipped back. A refund will be equal to the price of your order and deduct all shipping charges incurred to get the items back to our warehouse and a 15% restocking fee on all items. Returns will only be accepted and credits issued if the order is in new condition with no damage and in the original packaging when it arrives back at our warehouses.

Q: what happens if my order arrives damaged?

A: We would like to assist and cooperate with you to file a claim to the carrier if you purchased a shipping insurance.If you notice a manufacturing defect, it is important for you to promptly notify lk furniture. Please be sure you carefully inspect all items within 3 days of the receipt of your order. If the customer decides not to allow lk furniture to repair or replace the items within 14 days of delivery, the customer may choose to return the items under the terms of our standard return policy including all shipping costs and restocking fees.after 14 days of delivery, it will be up to the sole discretion of lk furniture to repair or replace the items.
